Mr. Doernhoefer has 9 years of experience in Continuity working with both federal and commercial clients. He began his career working with the Departments of Homeland Security in Infrastructure Protection. Moving from DHS, he moved to the Department of Defense where he focused on operations for Washington Headquarters Services and servicing the Pentagon and its constituents. After completing a contract with Department of Defense, he served in the Department of Justice Office of the Chief Information Officer. Working side by side with Department of Justice personnel, he helped increase the resilience and continuity of the DOJ through securing its information technology infrastructure. Additionally, he has conducted work with several commercial clients and has written for the Disaster Recovery Journal. His latest project is broadening the capabilities of the Continuity professional to include planning for Disruptive Innovation and Technology.
