Dominic Cockram BA MA MBCI
Dominic Cockram is a Director of Regester Larkin and Managing Director of Steelhenge Consulting, a Regester Larkin Group company.
Dominic has more than 20 years of experience in crisis management and business continuity planning, training and exercising.
He has worked extensively with clients globally to review and develop crisis management strategies, programmes and procedures, deliver crisis training for senior leaders, executives and Boards and deliver crisis simulation exercises to rehearse and validate responses. His focus is on the protection of reputation and delivery of an effective response by response teams at all levels.
Dominic’s diverse experience has been gained through supporting UK and international clients across government and corporate arenas including retail, transport, critical infrastructure, energy and financial services industries.
Prior to setting up Steelhenge Consulting in 2004, Dominic had a 16 year career in the British Army.
As well as publishing a number of articles and white papers on the subject of crisis management and resilience, Dominic was an editor of BS 11200, the British Standard on crisis management and BS 65000: A Guide to Resilience.
He holds a BA from University College London and an MA in Defence and Resilience from Cranfield University. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Royal Society of the Arts as well as being a member of the Business Continuity Institute, the Emergency Planning Society and the Institute of Risk Management.
