Colm Gayton MBCI
Colm Gayton MBCI began his career with the Royal Irish Rangers in Northern Ireland, where he developed a keen interest in Contingency Planning. His MSc in Strategic Management at the Dublin Institute of Technology saw him examine the styles of leadership required in crisis management. He went on to take a further MSc in Emergency Management at Dublin City University.
Colm's previous BCM experience includes times spent with the NHS, Ulster University and the private sector. He is currently Business Continuity Specialist with Baxter Healthcare EMEA. He has previously been involved with the BCI Masterclass in Belfast, discussing the influence and effect of Business Continuity on an NHS Acute Trust Supply Chain. Colm has an interest in military history and politics and currently resides in Dublin, he is married to Nieve and they have three rescue cats (although he wants a dog).
